Biological insecticide (BTK) against the pine and oak processionary, BTK - 1kg

The biological insecticide contains a micro-organism: Bacillus thuringiensis.

This insecticide acts by ingestion. Its mode of action causes caterpillar larvae to rapidly and definitively stop feeding and therefore lead to their disappearance.

Authorized use in gardens.

Product usable in organic farming in accordance with Regulation (EC) n°834/2007

Composition: Bacillus Thurengiensis-Serotype3-32000 UIAK/mg.

Packaging: 2 pots of 500g or 1kg

Dosage

Pine: 30g of BTK for 40l of water for 1 pine

Oak: 30g of BTK for 40l of water for 1 oak

Boxwood: 10 to 30g of BTK for 10l of water depending on the size of the caterpillar.

Period of use

Pine: September 15 to October 30
Oak: in the spring 3 weeks after bud burst (leaf out)
