These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company K3D, (hereinafter called "ToutPourLesNuisibles.com"), a limited liability company, with a capital of 200,000 euros, registered in the Trade Register and the Trades Register, under number 499 312 023, whose registered office is located at St Claude Huissel, 69550 Amplepuis, represented by Mrs Karine FRENAY as Manager and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "the buyer") wishing to make a purchase via the ToutPourLesNuisibles.com website.

Orders

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service must:

• make the payment under the conditions provided;
• confirm their order and payment.

Withdrawal

Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs.

Payment terms

The price is payable when ordering.
Payments will be made by credit card; they will be carried out through the Paypal secure system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transport on the network.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of ToutPourLesNuisibles.com.
In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are only given as an indication; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
Any parcel that is available to the buyer at the post office and not claimed by the latter within the time limit indicated by the post office will return to us. Important, in this case only the product(s) will be refunded to you on condition that the product(s) are returned in good condition.
The shipping costs related to this RETURN and the shipping costs will then be deducted from any refund.
This case is not considered as a RETRACTION or CANCELLATION of order.

Guarantee

All the products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

Responsibility

The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
